San Jose Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant
The San Jose Santa Clara Water Pollution Control Plant is undergoing a 10 Year Master Plan process. The aging plant is in need of an update in order to accomodate the population growth over the few decades. In addition, the surrounding lands will be developed with industrial, commercial, retail, educational and recreational uses. In order to support the development, the levels will have to be rebuilt due to the impending sea level rise.
The presentation was produced to inform the general public and gain support for the future development.
